We offer returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 calendar days after the delivery date of your order.

- Clearance items, personalized/custom products, and personal hygiene items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Terms
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is caused by our error, such as defective items or incorrect shipments.
